We endeavour to get your rugs washed and back to you as soon as possible. Our current turnaround is approximately 7 to 10 days but this may be longer during busy periods.

We can clean rugs up to 3m x 4m. (ask us about custom handmade sizes)

All rugs are dried thoroughly in our temperature and humidity controlled drying room before they can leave us. We test all rugs with a protimeter before they leave the drying room to ensure they are completely dry and safe to be stored if needed.

We can clean rugs using various methods right the way from full immersion washing to dry cleaning completely. All rugs are tested for colour bleed and shrinkage prior going into our wash pits and it is this test that will determine the best method of cleaning. All rugs go through our beating machine to remove built up dirt and dust. Whilst the back of the rug is gently beaten the secret is that the machine harnesses over 40,000 harmonic vibrations per minute. It is these vibrations that shake all the dry soil out from the rug without the need of heavy aggressive beating.

The cleaning process usually takes about 7 to 10 days. If you need your rug(s) cleaned within a specific timeframe please enquire with us directly, as we may be able to accommodate for an additional charge.

All drop offs are welcome at our warehouse Campbellfield swell as we offer a pick up and delivery service for an additional fee starting at $15 for the first 10 kilometres from campbellfield. Fees may defer depending on your suburb, kindly called ask us about delivery feast your address.

We recommend that all rugs are cleaned at least once every 6 months to one year. This helps to prevent dirt and dust buildup in the fibres of the rug, and keeps rugs in their best possible condition.

There are risks involved including, but not limited to, discolouration, change of texture, shrinkage and dye migration. Unfortunately it’s not possible to tell how a natural fibre rug will react until after it has been washed so we cannot accept these rugs for cleaning.

Yes, unlike other rug cleaners our rug cleaning service covers the whole of the Victoria! We offer local collection and delivery options, a courier for collecting and delivering rugs outside of our local area and a choice of drop off points at a fee starting from $15 please ask us about pickup and delivery fees.

The local collection/delivery driver will give you a call or send you a text message when they’re on their way to you. We aim to give you as much notice as we can, but please be aware this is not always possible. Rugs are generally collected/delivered between 9:00am and 5:00pm. we kindly ask you to leave your rugs outside your door so that the driver doesn't disturb you when pickup up. - Unfortunately, due to how our deliveries work we’re not able to allocate you a 1-hour collection/delivery window. We apologise for any inconvenience this might cause.
